The Carpenters-Contractors Workers’ Compensation Trust for Southern California is a collectively bargained “carve-out” program from the California state system.  It is designed exclusively for the use of our Carpenter-Contractor members and their employees. 

This unique program takes you out of the cumbersome state system, provides your injured employees with all mandated benefits without the need to obtain legal counsel, and reduces costs.
